Define support around your tenant and licences
Microsoft 365 operations combine user requests, access administration, configuration changes and coordination with other workplace services. 5red can provide specialists or a managed team in Poland to support the tasks your Canadian IT team chooses to delegate.
The assessment identifies the workloads in use, your current licences, existing configurations and outstanding operational work. We agree which administration tasks are included, how users request help and which decisions remain with your tenant owners. New licence purchases are considered only where an agreed requirement needs them.
Keep privileged access and changes controlled
Before onboarding, we define named accounts, appropriate roles, MFA, approved access methods and logging. Customer approval is required for the permissions and environments involved. Administrative access should match the agreed work and be reviewed when responsibilities change.
Joiner, mover and leaver requests need an authorised source and a documented workflow. We agree change approvals, escalation, evidence and handling of sensitive information with your team. Data locations and remote access from Poland are reviewed separately; remote administration does not by itself require moving tenant data.
Make daily support and escalation predictable
Our Polish operating window runs from 08:00 to 22:00 across two shifts. At the usual time difference it overlaps an 08:00–16:00 Eastern Canadian workday. Your agreement defines support hours, holiday arrangements, daylight saving exceptions and response targets.
We document request ownership, the boundary with Microsoft support and other vendors, and how incidents are escalated. Reporting can track completed work, recurring issues and agreed improvements. Backup, recovery or additional security tooling require an explicit scope and licence review rather than an assumption that every capability is included.
